1. จำนวนข้อมูลแนวเขตที่ดินที่ได้รับการจัดเก็บในระบบภูมิสารสนเทศ ไม่น้อยกว่า ร้อยละ 80
2. ข้อมูลแผนที่รูปแปลงที่ดินมีความถูกต้อง ร้อยละ 100
3. ภายในปี พ.ศ. 2570 กรมที่ดินจะมีระบบฐานข้อมูลที่ดินที่มีความครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง
