คำตอบ       ขอเรียนว่า การมอบอำนาจไถ่ถอนจำนอง มีเอกสารดังนี้

                            ๑.
หนังสือแสดงสิทธิในที่ดินที่นำไปจำนองไว้ เช่น โฉนดที่ดิน, น.ส.๓, น.ส.๓ก เป็นต้น

                            ๒. หลักฐานที่ผู้รับจำนองได้ทำเป็นหนังสือว่าได้มีการไถ่ถอนแล้ว
และส่งมอบมาให้คุณทั้งหมด

                            ๓. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน
สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน ของผู้มอบอำนาจ เป็นต้น

                            ๔.
หนังสือมอบอำนาจของผู้จำนอง
