คำตอบ  ขอเรียนว่า ตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ มาตรา ๕๓๘ กำหนดไว้ว่า การเช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์มีกำหนดกว่าสามปีขึ้นไป หากมิได้ทำเป็นหนังสือและจดทะเบียนต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ การเช่านั้นจะฟ้องร้องบังคับคดีได้เพียงสามปี ดังนั้น หากคุณให้บุคคลอื่นเช่าห้องชุดไม่ว่าจะเป็นรายวันหรือรายเดือน ก็สามารถกระทำได้ ส่วนปัญหา  เรื่องความปลอดภัยของเจ้าของห้องชุด เนื่องจากห้องชุดอยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลโดยพระราชบัญญัติอาคารชุด พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ หากเกิดกรณีตามคำถามขอแนะนำให้คุณควรปรึกษานิติบุคคลอาคารชุด เพื่อดูแลแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว
