Good day to you! I would like to know can I buy a condo under my name and my girl friend name.

We will share 50-50 in buying. In that case, can both of our name appear on the title deed?I'm not sure if the law allow.

If yes, can I buy both pre-sale project and re-sale condo. Thank you in advance for your support. Hoping toward to hear from you.
