Hello. I am an expat who has worked in Thailand since 2018 with proper work permit and have also paid Thailand income tax every year. Is it possible for me to purchase a condo in Thailand with my accumulated salaries earned in Thailand? If yes, may I know what kind of supporting documents are required?
