1. ผู้มีสิทธิได้รับประโยชน์
บุคคลธรรมดา และ นิติบุคคล ที่ได้รับความเสียหายจากอุทกภัย อัคคีภัย วาตภัย หรือภัยพิบัติอื่น โดยผู้ผู้นั้นมิได้ตั้งใจให้เกิดขึ้น
สิทธิประโยชน์:
ได้รับ ส่วนลดค่าธรรมเนียมจดจำนอง เหลือเพียง 0.01% (จากปกติ 1%) สำหรับการขอกู้สินเชื่อเพื่อนำไปฟื้นฟูความเสียหายจากอุทกภัย อัคคีภัย วาตภัย หรือภัยพิบัติอื่น
