Can l buy condominium with work permit but not transfer money from outside Thailand

I have lived and worked in Thailand since 2005 with a work permit and non B visa, l have paid taxes every year and saved enough money for to buy a condominium. I have a pink alien Thai ID and yellow house-book.
I have been paid by government salary from Thai school and have a current work permit, car finance and driving license. Also l have a valid non B visa issued from immigration for permission to stay... Can l buy a condominium without transferring money from abroad but use my savings account from TMB or KTB banks that l have saved from my salary.

Alien can buy condominium unit by withdraws the
money form a non - resident Bath
account. By showing passport which show citizenship of aliens and evidence of
the commercial bank’s certificate confirm the withdrawal from a non - resident
Bath account only. (Not less than the price of the condominium
unit to buy) This rule does not include savings account.

However, The ownership in condominium units by
the alien and juristic person shall not be in a higher proportion than forty
nine percent of the total space of all units in that condominium.
